Microsoft 365 Modernisation — overview

The Challenge

As Hockridge Mortgages expanded, their existing Google Workspace environment no longer met the team's needs for structured file storage, email integration and security. A full platform review was needed before migrating users and a significant volume of business data without disrupting mortgage advice work.

Our Solution

We undertook a complete migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, moving approximately 500GB of business data across eight users. SharePoint and OneDrive were implemented for centralised file storage, Outlook was deployed for email and calendar, and security improvements were applied as part of the modernisation.
