The Challenge
When Melvyn launched Hockridge Mortgages as an independent business, the company needed to move away from shared systems and establish its own IT infrastructure. Email continuity was critical — advisers and admin staff could not afford downtime or lost messages during the transition.
Our Solution
We planned and executed a full separation from the previous environment, migrating business email accounts into a new Microsoft email platform. DNS and domain configuration were handled carefully, with email continuity planning, user onboarding and hands-on support throughout the go-live period.
