About Cards2Cash

Cards2Cash (cards2cash.co.uk) is a UK-based online marketplace in the gift card exchange space. Sellers list unwanted vouchers from retailers such as Amazon, Currys, John Lewis and Tesco — upload proof of the card, and receive a cash payout once verified and purchased. Buyers browse discounted gift cards to save on everyday retail spending.

Slade Tech was brought in when the platform was around 80% complete, to assess the existing build, finish remaining seller and buyer flows, improve operational tooling for verification and payouts, and prepare Cards2Cash Limited for launch.

The Challenge

The existing admin system was inefficient and fragmented. Staff were required to navigate multiple pages to access customer details, listing status and verification information — slowing down operations during the critical verify-and-payout workflow.
